Tasty chicken, good ramen, and amazingly more food that goes well with beer or wine! Yes, they have soju! Fast service, good place for a quick bite or a date. Or even a large group, just be patient as the place gets busy.

My go to place when I am in the mood for Korean chicken. Food is good, service very attentive (sometimes too much), clean bathroom and good location. Suggestion: have your staff limit the volume of their conversations, we know they talk but I can hear all the foul language while eating my dinner, definitely not ideal for a business. Also, the entire place is too cold, so wear a light sweater.

My wife & I stopped by Den Den on a recent visit to Thayer St. The food was great! We the kimchi pancake, Den Den Korean BBQ with pork belly, and the fried chicken. We enjoyed it all. Atmosphere was casual and the restaurant was full of college student aged patrons — we were the oldest ones there by 10+ years. Loved that gratuity is includes included in menu pricing. We will certainly visit again!

We ventured over to Brown’s campus while in Providence and got hungry for lunch. My partner saw this place from the corner, looked it up, and it looked insanely good so we decided to stop in. Came at around 1:30 PM on a Friday and they weren’t too busy so we got a table instantly. Our waitress was friendly and attentive to our table. We got the Pork Gyoza and the Potato Twister as appetizers. Both were insanely good! The gyoza was flavorful and cooked perfectly and the potato twister was fantastic too! We then got a small order of the Original Korean Fried Chicken as our meal. All around, I was blown away! It was fried perfectly, the seasoning was insane, and had great crunch! It was quite messy but they gave us some towelettes on the side. Nice touch! Overall, this was easily my favorite spot we ate at in Providence. If you’re near Brown University’s campus, Den Den is the place to go! I’ll easily come back.

The gluten free Korean fried chicken here is outstanding. There’s a good amount of negative reviews on google, but our experience here was full of deliciousness, and the staff were kind and attentive. The fried rice cakes are spicy and really garlicky (I hate garlic), so if you’re sensitive to heat and also don’t like strong garlic flavor, I would not order. We got 1/2 1/2 sauces on the wings, but the soy garlic was definitely the winner. The beef kimbap is not on the GF menu, but that’s due to it containing soy sauce in the marinade. I’m only sensitive to gluten, so soy sauce’s extremely low wheat content does not cause any reaction, so we ordered it. It was fresh, but it felt dry like it was missing a sauce to dip it in. The decor is minimalistic; they’d benefit from adding some art work on the barren walls. Being gluten free you don’t get to eat food like this typically, so I highly recommend.

This place is great. We didnt like the potato twister but we really liked everything else. The chicken wings are phenomenal. Uniquely crunchy on the outside and super soft inside. Very flavorful! Kimchi pancake is just as you imagined it would be. The staff were super friendly and kind. The seating is a bit difficult, vey crowded and small space. The music was too loud, had to yell at each other. Otherwise- great!
